Our team is comprised of the best professionals in each of their respective fields. They are specialists in the Manufacturing, Distribution and Financial modules of SYSPRO. With their in-depth, practical experience in the implementation and support of SYSPRO, sound business process analysis and design expertise, and passion for their area of specialisation, they are able to provide optimal business solutions for our clients.
An added advantage is with each team member focusing on their area of specialisation, they dovetail well when working on larger projects. RPM prides itself on implementing new systems both creatively and rapidly.

In addition, our troubleshooting skills are well-honed and extensive, and we continually strive to maximise clients’ existing systems to ensure that they meet, and often exceed, their expectations.

Janine De Billot
CEO & Specialist Consultant

Janine is certified in the Financial, Distribution and Manufacturing SYSPRO modules. Prior to embarking on her career as a SYSPRO Consultant in 2006, she held various senior management positions in finance, logistics and general management. Janine was also a SYSPRO user and System Administrator for many years which has stood her in good stead as a Consultant as she is able to assess and understand both the business requirements, as well as the perspective of users. Her particular manufacturing skillset is in the pharmaceutical, FMCG, steel, plastics and paper industries. She holds a post-graduate Diploma in Management.

Martin Richards
CFO/COO & Programme Director

Martin Richards (COO) is a highly accomplished professional based in the United Kingdom, boasting an impressive track record of over 24 years in the UK consulting industry. With a strong background in delivering IT projects, some of with budgets up to £320 million. His extensive experience includes collaborating with renowned institutions such as HSBC, Barclays, UBS, Reuters, British Gas, British Telecomms amongst others.
Equipped with a Bachelor of Commerce degree and a wealth of knowledge gained from his more than two decades in the UK Financial and IT industries, Martin is a valuable asset to our team. His insights, connections and dedication make him an essential contributor to our ongoing mission for growth and success.

Kirk Sweet
Head of Infrastructure

Kirk heads up our Infrastructure division and is a professional IT Engineer with over 20 years’ experience in the IT industry. His areas of expertise include Information Technology, electronic messaging (including email and archiving), technical support, computer network management, hardware and software, switching, Hyper-V, firewalls and security installations.
Kirk’s proven ability lies in implementing deployment and migration projects, providing cost-effective IT solutions, improving network
performance and reliability, and maximising user experience. Kirk is detail-oriented, with excellent skills in problem solving, analytical thinking, fault diagnostics, communication and teamwork.
In his spare time, Kirk likes to spend time with his family, listen to music and practice martial arts.

Henk Bezuidenhout
Specialist Consultant

Henk is an experienced Operations Specialist, fulfilling the roles of Project Manager and Production and Supply Chain Expert in ERP projects. He is a Solution Architect with the ability to identify and unlock value, to his clients’ benefit. He has the necessary skills to effectively communicate their requirements to the Implementation and Development teams. Henk is an expert in manufacturing and quality systems, methodologies and philosophies. Before specialising in ERP and similar technical system implementations, he worked in manufacturing and supply chain management in the nuclear, electronic, automotive and gaming industries.
He holds two Master’s Degrees, one in Industrial Engineering and the other in Business Leadership.

Shannon Teixeira
Specialist Consultant

Shannon is an excellent team player with 26 years of experience in the design, implementation, trouble-shooting and support of SYSPRO ERP systems. She has an intuitive, distinctive approach to problem solving and this, combined with excellent communication, ensures the successful transfer of skills to clients. Shannon is an accomplished individual who brings a great deal of positive energy to projects. She pays great attention to detail and is very organised and goal-focused. She holds a Bachelor of Business Administration degree, a Certificate in Business Analysis and a City & Guilds Diploma in Garden Design. She is also certified in the SYSPRO Finance and Distribution modules.

Liesel de Klerk 
Specialist Consultant

With 15 years of SYSPRO experience, Liesel has spent five of these as the Financial Manager of a large manufacturing company. Prior to this, she gained excellent experience across multiple industries, as both a SYSPRO user and a Support Consultant. In addition to Liesel’s advanced financial skills, she has extensive experience with Microsoft SQL and the SYSPRO Crystal reporting solution. She inherently understands the value of information and its role in day-to-day business decisions.

Natalie Jagger
Specialist Consultant

Natalie, a seasoned SYSPRO Support Consultant, brings nearly two decades of experience to our team. With a Diploma in Software and Information Systems Management Support (Cum Laude) and a PPIM Certificate, she demonstrates a strong foundation in both theory and practical application. Natalie has honed her expertise through various courses, including those focused on Microsoft SQL Server databases, accounting principles, and project management.

Throughout her 18 years in SYSPRO consulting, Natalie has specialised in Enterprise Reporting and Analysis, showcasing proficiency in SYSPRO Financials, Distribution, Administration, and Technical aspects, with additional skills in POS systems. She describes herself as a 'jack of all trades' in SYSPRO modules, mastering the art of reporting. Her adeptness in SQL scripting, understanding of SYSPRO business objects and technical competencies enable her to efficiently tackle challenges and optimise SYSPRO systems for our clients.

Reynard Helberg
Specialist Consultant

Reynard is a Specialist Consultant with over a decade of experience, having served as a Senior Manager in the Bidvest Group, where he dedicated more than 10 years to SYSPRO. His extensive background, Programming Diploma and hands-on experience provide him with an intricate understanding of how SYSPRO solutions function within the day-to-day operations of diverse businesses.

Martin Cronje
Specialist Consultant

Martin is tasked with enabling clients to reach optimal capabilities by utilising various elements of systems engineering, be it automation, integration, analysis and / or ergonomic workflow
improvements. He has nine years’ experience in SYSPRO, SQL, C language, Java development and systems architecture, and puts this to effective use to achieve our client's needs.

Christelle Swanepoel
Senior Consultant

Christelle specialises in SYSPRO ERP software and has over 30 years’ experience in implementation, support and training. With her extensive knowledge, she has done multiple installations and system upgrades and has several SYSPRO certifications. Christelle conducts business process reviews, in order to recommend improvements to existing process flow. From the insights gained, she is then able to develop an appropriate plan and manage the implementation thereof.
Her craft workshop is Christelle’s happy place, where she creates clothing for people and organisations in need.

Anton Badenhorst
Senior Consultant

Anton started out as a qualified Accountant in Bloemfontein. He then undertook contract work for Transnet and in 2010, he decided to move to Johannesburg to become a SYSPRO Consultant. He then worked in manufacturing as a Financial Manager and a Financial Accountant, using SYSPRO in both positions. Anton has 11+ years of experience with SYSPRO and specialises in the SYSPRO financial module and provides training both onsite and in at our inhouse Training Academy.

Martin De Jager
Technical Consultant

Martin has a Bachelor of Commerce Degree
in Financial Management and heads up our inhouse Dev team. He has more than 25 years of IT Development experience and has covered various IT management roles across different
ERP environments. He is very proficient in SYSPRO, SQL, C#, PowerBI, PowerAPPS, Crystal, SSRS, data warehousing and system architecture.
Martin’s philosophy is building tools and solutions for people to change the world. He joined RPM Resources in 2020 as Developer. Martin is a family man and enjoys spending free time with his
wife and son.

Tyrone Jagger
Technical Consultant

Tyrone has extensive experience in SQL Server, SYSPRO, Microsoft Suite, and Crystal Reports. He has seven years experience as a SYSPRO consultant, in a variety of industries, offering software support, project-specific work, implementations, system audits, and upgrades. Tyrone believes that developing strong relationships with clients is critical. He considers himself to be a very adaptive person and is always keen to learn and refine his skills. Whilst working as a SYSPRO Consultant, he also completed the following courses: Colour Accounting, Principles of Production and Inventory Management, Microsoft Certification in Systems Architecture, an Advanced Certificate in Management Practice and Business Reading and Writing (Henley Business School).

Channing Newman
Junior Consultant

Channing is one of our distinguished Junior Consultants. With a background of 2 years in SYSPRO, Channing has proven to be an invaluable asset to our organisation. He holds the title of a Level 1 Distributions Solutions Consultant, Level 1 Manufacturing Solutions Consultant, and Level 1 Financial Solutions Consultant, showcasing his exceptional proficiency in these areas. Channing is not only a proficient consultant but also a personable professional who consistently prioritises client satisfaction. His commitment to going above and beyond to meet client needs has earned him a reputation as one of our top Junior Consultants. Channing's dedication and expertise make him a vital part of our team, contributing to the success of our projects and the overall satisfaction of our clients.

Luke Jordan
Intern

Luke is a keen and rapidly evolving member of our team, currently serving as an intern. Possessing impressive technical skills, he is recognised for his exceptional passion and unwavering work ethic. Since joining our RPM, Luke has made excellent progress and has earned accreditation through SYSPRO. He proudly holds a number of Technical qualifications.

Douglas Larsen
Intern

Douglas is a dynamic and rapidly evolving member of our team, currently serving as an intern. Possessing an impressive array of talents, he is recognised for his exceptional people skills and unwavering work ethic. Since joining our organisation, Douglas has made significant progress and has earned accreditation through SYSPRO. He proudly holds the titles of a Level 2 Technical Solutions Consultant, Level 3 Manufacturing Distributions Consultant and a Level 3 Distribution Solutions Consultant.

Khadija Patel
Intern

Khadija recently joined our team as a Financial Intern, bringing with her a solid foundation in bookkeeping and a Bcom in Financial Management and a level 3 certified SYSPRO Financial Consultant. She's also certified in Artificial Intelligence 4iR and is currently pursuing her Bcom (Hons) in Property Valuation and Management. Khadija's enthusiasm for learning, her outgoing personality, and meticulous attention to detail make her a highly motivated addition to our team.

Odette Newman
Office Manager

Odette Newman joins our team as the new Office Manager, bringing with her a wealth of corporate experience and a fresh perspective. With an impressive nine-year tenure as a Legal Secretary at Edcon, Odette honed her skills in legal processes and corporate management. After her time at Edcon, she embarked on an entrepreneurial journey, successfully establishing and running her own business.

Odette's hardworking nature and unique values, combined with her deep understanding of law, make her an invaluable addition to our team. She is in the process of achieving her Bachelor of Law, which underpins her comprehensive knowledge and strategic approach to corporate administration.

Chailyn Forrester
Head of Marketing

Chailyn is a recent addition to our team, bringing a unique blend of skills and a strong commitment to continuous learning. While she is relatively new to the SYSPRO space, Chailyn's background in Marketing has honed her attention to detail and precision. Her unwavering enthusiasm to expand her knowledge and contribute to the team's success is truly commendable. She has completed her Sales and Pre-Sales courses, while holding her Prince2 Project Management Certification.
